Research at Functional Materials
Results of publicly funded research is either published in peer-reviewed journals or is presented on conferences. Industry-funded research is published only on mutual agreements.
Projects
Typical research is organized in projects, which are either funded by public third parties (e.g. German research foundation; DFG) or which are financed by industry. Internal projects help to develop our own competences or to initiate novel research fields.
Some selected publicly funded projects (DFG, Bavarian Research Foundation; BFS, Federal Ministry of Education and research; BMBF) and internal projects can be found under " current projects" and " completed projects".
Diploma theses
Frequently, diploma theses are conducted in our labs in the framework of one of the above-mentioned projects. Some carefully selected diploma theses are conducted in research and development departments in the industry. A list of all completed diploma theses can be found under "diploma theses" (German only).
Dissertations
Published dissertations reflect the research activities of the Chair of Functional Materials. The research work that serves as a basis for the dissertations can either be carried out in our labs or is conducted in industry in tight cooperation with Prof. Moos.
